Soldier Down

Sometimes nature has his/her own way of letting us know it is time to slow down. Lately I felt like a 27 year old stuck inside an 80 year old's body.... I guess this was nature's way of saying "time to take 'er easy".

I guess it is inevitable.... a trip to the ER that is. When you are out doing what we do everyday it is only a matter of time. I have been blessed in my career to have a pretty weak collection of scars. Well today I picked up one more and signed up for a week on the couch with a Sex and the City marathon.....

I've been dealing with my own knee injury this past week. It sucks.

I hope you heal up quickly.

Ewww! Did you get attacked by a mountain lion? That'd be a good story. Good times watching you race at Angel Fire. Hope you're back in the saddle soon.

I think cyclists like taking their picture in the ER. I have an almost identical picture of my knee looking like that(which I consequently couldn't bend for 2 weeks, hopefull you'll be ok!), and on the stretcher... Hope you feel better!

That over-head spot light must have been bright. Good thing you had the shades on.

Where is the love??? Are you just too macho??? You need love and some one to wait on you hand and foot. Get well soon. Brandy Don't let that happen again!!! Beef jerky helps wounds like that.
