Operation Drive across America... Successful

"So you mean we have to drive from here.... to here!"

Late last night I finally rolled into base camp.... Boulder CO. It was 4 days of sporadic driving with 3 of the circuits top mechanics and drivers ( Billy "Haro" Holmes, Myron "Ford" Billy, and Dave "Trek" Meadows). Ah the stories from the road, I could go on and on. We must have had Cracker Barrel 6 times, we painted Lincoln Nebraska red, plowed through the hurricane's leftovers, and picked up a hitch hiker in Nebraska and took her back to Boulder..... Good times but I am so glad they are over.

Today I start to get ready for the endurance portion of my season. Next weekend we will be rolling at the Global World 24 hr Championships in Winter Park and then in October the famous 24 hrs of Moab. Speaking of 24 hrs of pain... Remember to stay on top of Chris Eatough's 24 hr Web Cam!
