It's A Way Of Life
All to often cyclists get a bad wrap for being selfish exercise junkies whose time in the saddle is more important than anything else. Now in some cases this may be true however these moments of solitude can be the only time in ones day when we actually get to unwind. It is amazing how many things you can figure out when there is nothing to distract you from your thoughts except the open road.
Without trying to sound to much like your typical Boulder neo-hippie..... This "moving meditation" is what keeps me creative, alive, and in touch with who I am and where I am going. The bike, It's a way of life....

I agree with you completely. Too bad my exgirlfriend didn't realize that.
Amen brother. Amen.
This is one of those "inner circle" posts as I call them...and so very true.

Well said Nick. I live in Breck and a lot of people don't understand why I head to Boulder or Fruita every weekend to ride. These people are just not meant to understand.
Nick. Two words, Burning Chad. Cheeney's 4 day bachelor party in Sedona. See Shriver's site for details. The bike is a way of life and this is going to be a once in a lifetime event. Supposed to be in the 70's. Interested? shoot me an email apotts@colostate.edu
