Running Red Lights

It's official, I made it one week without riding my bike. It is easy to fall into the programed mindset of a cyclist where training is the only way to get faster.... This week off has done more to ignite my spirits than any amount of training could have.

Guess these stitches were just what the doctor ordered.... literally.

In the mean time I figured I would do something productive and visit my friends over at the Boulder Center of Sports Medicine for a bike fit tune up. Sure new bikes and shoes are great but I dread the adjustment period when millimeters matter. Best investment you can make for your cycling.... Thanks Todd.

Shot of the day comes from my bros down in the southern hemisphere who aren't afraid to stand up for what they believe. Check this shot of Cam, in full Doper's Suck gear, giving Floyd and company a little piece of his mind! Cheers mates.... (double click pic for a better view)
