Punk Rock Is Making Me Soft

In an effort to break up the monotonous ways of day to day bike practice... I hit up Lyons for the only organized mountain bike group ride in the area.

Swing by Redstone Cyclery every Tuesday @ 6 pm for a piece of the action. Don't be fooled by the size of the shop, what it lacks in huge floor space it makes up for in character.

That John Denver guy really wasn't full of @!%&.

Riding at night can give off that priceless feeling that time has somehow stopped. The cars have diappeared, the senses heightened, and the trail belongs to you. Good cure for those days when the mind feels like a freeway.

On a random sidenote, the ever creative has put together cycling's version of Myspace, yourcycling.com. Swing by and check out the interview we did last week as I gave away all my secrets.
